Absolutely. We're committed to using pure, organic ingredients. Our products are non-GMO, sustainable, environmentally friendly, vegan-friendly, and cruelty-free.

No way! All our products are free from parabens and sulphates. We only use pure, high-quality ingredients.

We use fractionated coconut oil as the carrier oil in our blends. It's rich in vitamins (A, B1, B2, E), essential minerals, and fatty acids, plus it absorbs nicely into the skin.

Our products use natural ingredients, but everyone's skin is different. We always recommend doing a small patch test first, especially if you have sensitive skin. Check the ingredients list for anything you know you react to.

It's best to be cautious. Please consult with your health care provider before using any essential oils during pregnancy.

Some of our products, like the Zen Bath Salts and Whipped Body Butter, contain Sweet Almond Oil. The essential oil blends use fractionated coconut oil. While pure essential oils themselves shouldn't contain nut proteins, please check individual product ingredient lists and avoid usage if you have severe nut allergies or consult your doctor.

Generally, you apply them directly to pulse points (like wrists, temples, neck, behind ears, inside elbows, soles of feet) or affected areas. Massage gently until absorbed. Check the specific product description for detailed instructions (e.g., Heads Up on temples, Repair Me on sore muscles). Always use for external use only and avoid broken skin or eyes.

Just sprinkle about half a cup into a warm bath, hop in, and relax! You can also use 2-3 tablespoons for a soothing foot soak.

For best results, apply it to damp skin straight after a shower or bath to lock in moisture. For maintenance, 1-2 times daily is great. If your skin is extra dry, feel free to apply it 3-4 times daily.
